Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do ask that we are contacted within 24 hours of receipt with any issues.

Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer exchanges.  

Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds. As stated above if you have any issues we do allow up to 24 hours after receipt of product to report any issues so that we may try to fix the issue. 

Ships in 14 Business Days

You will get a shipping notification 14 Business Days after the purchase. This DOES NOT include Weekends or Holidays. 

By purchasing, you AGREE to our processing time which is 14 Business Days, not accounting for the shipping timeframe you select at checkout.

We are in the most busiest time of the year for our shipping carriers, delays in transit are out of our control. Messy Bun Krafting is not responsible for lost, stolen packages once tracking shows delivered.
